Online Consultation and Bike/Equipment Audit
This is a remote bike consultation with your IOG Bike Fit Professional. This service is hosted on a Zoom call where an IOG Bike Fit Professional will look at the rider's history and goals with the purpose of helping with New Bike purchases or equipment (wheels, customized TT/Tri cockpits, integrated bar/stems etc) options. This service will usually consist of 2 30-40 minute sessions so we can monitor and evaluate the outcome of these purchases. Trainer video of current position and measurements might be needed for helping with New Bike Purchases. We help evaluate equipment suitability, optimal position, and provides a roadmap for the client. This is a catch-all service reviewing comfort, performance, and equipment. Includes consultation time with IOG Bike Fit Professional to field client questions around performance, fit, and comfort on the bike.

Looking to buy a new bike? This service establishes your suitable position on a fully adjustable "fitbike" at IOG's studio. We then match that position to all aspects of your new bike – frame(s), contact points, crank length, etc. We will guide you through the buying process with confidence, offering expert, unbiased advice and consulting on geometry, components, and build, to ensure you only purchase what you need. This service also includes a follow-up session with your new bike, to complete the process and ensure a perfect fit.

IOG Online Bike Fitting
Remote bike fit service and consultation with your IOG Bike Fit Professional. This service is hosted on a Zoom call where an IOG Bike Fit Professional will look at the rider's history and goals and use trainer video to establish a current riding position baseline. Evaluates equipment suitability, optimal position, and provides a roadmap for the client. This is a catch-all service reviewing comfort, performance, and equipment. Includes consultation time with IOG Bike Fit Professional to field client questions around performance, fit, and comfort on the bike. Session will usually be divided into 1 30-45 minute session and then an included follow up Zoom call of 20-30 Minutes to ensure the changes made are being absorbed well.
