Hearing Screening service with OAE Device for infants (2-6 weeks of age). This appointment Includes weight check and over all examination of infant. Insurance may be used for this service

Pregnancy Confirmation (Labs or Ultrasound)

Pregnancy confirmation via blood or urine appointment $75 plus any additional lab fees . Appointment provides Proof of Pregnancy letter as well establishing Due Date. Ultrasound may be added (Additional $75) if patient is over 7 weeks gestation. Insurance may be used for this service.
