Free Strategy Session
The 30-minute free strategy session can be done by phone or in person, whichever you prefer. It is OPTIONAL for single sessions and REQUIRED for multiple-session plans. During this interview, we will * Assess your goals – immediate, short-term, and long-term; * Gather background information; and * Determine whether hypnosis is right for you at this time. If I do not think hypnosis would be the best fit for you at this time, I will tell you so. If I think other options would serve you better, I will make those recommendations during our strategy session. 24-hour notice is requested for cancelation or rescheduling.
Power Nap Plus
A 20-minute hypnosis session can provide the benefit of a four-hour nap, because during hypnosis, we experience time differently. The Power Nap Plus is a one-hour service designed to give you an experience that mimics a profoundly restful sleep and invokes a sense of having had a vacation get-away. If you are suffering from work-related fatigue, the Power Nap Plus will allow you to escape and renew. I also include (with client permission) suggestions to support behavior that increases your energy, clarity, and focus.
Total Tranquility Hypno-Massage
***THURSDAY AND SATURDAY ONLY*** This one-of-a-kind treatment is unique in the marketplace. It starts with a hot-stone massage incorporating high-grade essential oils and dry body brushing. Jane Crawford, Licensed Massage Therapist at The Book of Jane, brings 15 years of experience through her hands to start your journey of relaxation. An effortless transition into the second half of your time occurs when Michelle De Lude, Consulting Hypnotist at Destinations Hypnosis, begins the hypnotic part of your journey, transporting you further down the road to tranquility. Spend 90 minutes with these two seasoned practitioners. We will schedule a pre-appointment phone call for you with Michelle so she can provide the ultimate in serenity. Stress Relief Session
If you don’t have a regular practice to relieve stress, this Stress Relief Session can help you regain your balance. If you do have a regular practice (meditation, yoga, 12-Step program, etc.), the Stress Relief Session can give you the boost you need to make a great practice even better. Take control over your peace of mind. If you want to address a specific source of stress, you may wish to schedule a free 30-minute strategy session prior to your stress relief session. If your stress is ongoing from work or personal situations, a multiple-session plan may give you more relief for less cost per session.
