Teen Facial

Facial specifically for pre-teen/teens to address their unique skincare needs. This facial focuses on deep cleansing, exfoliation, and extraction of impurities, such as blackheads and whiteheads, which are common during adolescence due to hormonal changes. May include gentle extractions(if necessary) hydration, and education on proper skincare routines tailored to teenagers' skin concerns, such as acne, oiliness, or sensitivity. The goal is to promote healthy skin habits and address any specific issues teens may be facing with their skin.

Dermaplaning Facial

Facial using mechanical exfoliation. We start off Dermaplaning then end with a peel. This is a specialized skincare treatment that combines two procedures to exfoliate and rejuvenate the skin. 1. Dermaplaning: This involves using a sterile surgical scalpel to gently scrape off the top layer of dead skin cells and fine vellus hair (peach fuzz) from the face. Dermaplaning helps to improve the skin's texture, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and enhance the penetration of skincare products. 2. Chemical Peel: After dermaplaning, a chemical peel is applied to the skin. We have available glycolic acid, salicylic acid, or lactic acid, as well as enzyme treatments,which work to exfoliate the skin at a deeper level. This helps to further remove dead skin cells, unclog pores, improve skin tone and texture, and stimulate collagen production.

Postpartum Doula Consultation

Consultation needed prior to Doula Services with signed contract. I offer assistance in physical and emotional healing support after birth and offer guidance for recovery, feeding, soothing, sleeping, and newborn care. Also I am available to help with light housework and meal preparation to take some of the pressure off of new parents and help any older children adjust to their new sibling. Below are some additional services provided: Diapering and baby care Running errands Providing resources and referrals Screening for postpartum mood disorders Infant sleep/swaddling solutions Baby wearing assistance Bathing education and assistance  Breastfeeding assistance if needed
