Daily Drop-in Office Space

The drop-in office space includes several size offices available from large private space to small private space. You can book the small drop-in spaces here or call Abby Renner 970.295.4760 directly for long-term rental options. Small drop-in offices are leased on an hourly or daily rate. Copier service is available and will be billed at a rate of $0.07 for black and white copies or $0.30 for color copies.

Webinar Broadcasting/Recording

This service is only available in our Columbine & Apex rooms. If you would like your event or class as a webinar for those to join remotely or recorded please add this service to your reservation.

Jade Conference Room - (Seats up to 6)

The Jade Suite will seat up to 6 people and has amazing views of the mountains. This suite is private and has TV that can be connected to via HDMI cable. The Apex Suite will seat up to 14 people and has amazing views of the mountains. This suite is private and has a full Conferencing system that makes it easy to run or join video meetings or record video meetings with a tap of a button. The Columbine Room is a large classroom that seats up to 35. This room can me organized with tables and will sit 26 people or with chairs only allowing up to 35 people in the room. This suite is private and has a full Conferencing system that makes it easy to host, record or join video classes/meetings with a tap of a button.
