A Clarity Session is the perfect venue for getting a deeper understanding of what’s ailing you and for creating a plan to move past your sticking points – fast! Whatever you feel requires your deepest + heart-felt attention we can work on transforming it together. After this session you will be clear and know which direction you are headed. A month after the clarity session, their will be a follow up phone call. This will allow to me to check in with you to see where you are and how you are feeling.

Herbal Initial Consultation

This appointment is to review past and present health issues physiological and physical. After, the initial assessment you will receive a custom formulation. This maybe in a tea, salve, tincture, powder or essential oil blend. The appointment does not include herbs. They can be purchased on the store page.

Follow Up Herbal Consultation

It is recommended that clients follow up at least once within a month of the initial appointment. Most clients will need to stay on an herbal formula for 3-6 months depending on the nature of the imbalance and how chronic the pattern is. Our goal is to help your body heal so you can ease off of your herbal formulas.
