Please note that we have a 48 hour (2 business days) cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 48 business hours and no shows are charged the booked session fee. We are a low volume / high quality practice and every appointment is designed to be filled. It is difficult for other clients to change their schedules within 24 hours to take a vacated spot. The 48 hour notice allows for other clients the opportunity to have it.

Initial Evaluation and Assessment $425
Please fill out all intake documents at least 24 hours before your appointment. Documents are found on: https://www.mindbodyintegrationandhealing.com/resources Follow the instructions on the left hand column. A $150 appointment deposit and holding fee is required at time of booking. If you do not show up to your initial visit or cancel your appointment in less than 2 business days you forfeit your refund. Please refer to our cancellation policy on our webpage for details.
