Reflexology 30 Minute Session

For those looking to learn about reflexology and what it can do for them, this session is for you! During this session, Jessica will assess your sensitivity and reflexes. The session should be relaxing, soothing music may be played and the lights turned down low. If you would like to chit chat, Jessica is always down with that! If you would like a quiet session, please let Jessica know at the beginning of the session. This session can last from 30- 45 minutes. We call this the half hour session because that is our goal.

Reflexology 15 Minute Child Session

When working with Children, we prefer to work less time more often. 15 minute sessions are best for children and usually two times per week.

Reflexology 45-60 Minute Session

For those who love reflexology and the benefits- this is the session to go with! During this session, Jessica will assess your sensitivity and reflexes. The session should be relaxing, soothing music may be played and the lights turned down low. If you would like to chit chat, Jessica is always down with that! If you would like a quiet session, please let Jessica know at the beginning of the session. This session can last from 45 minutes to about 70 minutes. We call this the hour session because that is our goal. Jessica will assess the feet and if only 45 minutes is best, then that is where she will go. If 45 minutes seems to be a reoccurring thing, Jessica may suggest going down to the 30 minute session.

Naturopathic Consultation Initial

An initial naturopathic consultation is one to discuss a health issue that one would like to do their best to address naturally. During this session you will speak with the practitioner, they will ask questions surrounding your daily life, any medications you're taking, what your diet looks like, what supplements you're taking, and so on. Together we come up with a comprehensive plan to begin your journey to health through natural avenues.

Naturopathic Consultation Follow Up

During the follow up your practitioner and you will discuss how you have been doing and any changes that might want to be made.
