There are 2 pricing options: (1) Standard Price: $997 (2) On-Video Price: $897. Note: WE DO NOT TREAT SPINAL INJURYS. Masks cannot be worn during recording. Unfortunately, we do NOT accept insurance. CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the high demand for appointments, if you need to reschedule an additional deposit of $200 is required (this is subtracted from the final total). We do require a 48 hour notice for any cancellations (Any medical emergency will waive the ‘reschedule fee’ if presented with a doctors note). There is also a $100 No Call/No Show fee.
