Large Farm Table with 10 Chairs. Two hour minimum rental. $25 for two hours, $15 for each additional hour. With Limited Kitchen Use: Dining room with farm table, 10 chairs and Kitchen use limited to food prep, use of counter tops etc (no cooking). Minimum two hour rental. $35 first two hours, $20 for each additional hour. With Full Kitchen Use: Dining room with farm table, 10 chairs and full Kitchen use including stove/oven, dishes, refrigerator etc. Minimum two hour rental. $45 first two hours, $25 for each additional hour. *Please factor in setup/breakdown time in your request.
