John Holman CSS, Certified Specialist of Spirits, has been in the alcohol business since 1999 and built his distillery in 2015 on the Brushy Mountains in Moravian Falls N.C. John picked this spot because of the pure water that was abundant for crafting award winning spirits. John teaches spirits appreciation and walks you from history to glass in a fun small group experience.
