Conducted via Zoom. --- If you’re ready to take an active, exploratory role in refining your self-awareness, your embodied intuition, your comfort and your quality of movement, this is a perfect choice for you. --- I will help you recognize and capitalize on your existing physical strengths, and I’ll invite you to move in ways that will help you access mobility and grace you maybe didn’t know was possible!
