I am most certain you will not be disappointed in our expertise of service, I specifically specialize in loosening up tight muscles through various hand pressure techniques, my favorite including: deep tissue, reiki, reflexology, neuromuscular, & sport massage. These particular techniques also aid in releasing harmful chemicals trapped in tight muscle fibers forming hard nots which can lead to tension, headaches, inflammations, & anxiety. Relaxation Massage
De-stress and unwind during this full-body massage with light to medium pressure. This massage will soothe your body and mind, transporting you to a tranquil state of relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage
Find relief from chronic pain, tension and tightness caused by injury or overworked muscles. This therapeutic massage focuses on specific problem areas, with deep pressure applied during the massage. Your massage therapist will adjust the pressure to accommodate your comfort level. This service is beneficial for those with chronic muscle tension and pain.
Focus Massage
Refresh with this focused 60 minute therapeutic massage. Your therapist will work on a specific area of tension. For many people this is the shoulders, neck and upper back. This is a great service if you are limited on time or don’t want a full-body massage.
Sport Massage
Improve your athletic performance and reduce the risk of injury with a combination of deep tissue massage, stretching and compression techniques. This massage reduces muscle pain and joint soreness, increases flexibility and speeds recovery from injuries or overworked muscles.
Package Massage (4 weeks)
One massage per week for an entire month. This includes: warm oil treatment, any combination of two different style massages of your choice, stretching, aroma therapy, audio therapy, hot towel treatment, & a more relaxed mind & body. (Does not include Tantra massage)🐺💆🏽‍♂️🖤®️

Sensual Massage Package (4 weeks)
One massage per week for an entire month. This includes: warm oil treatment, any combination of two different style massages of your choice, stretching, aroma therapy, audio therapy, hot towel treatment, & a more relaxed mind & body. I perform my sensual massage shirtless.
Personal Training
Demonstrating and teaching my clients motivation and determination, through proper workout techniques and reasoning for each workout routine. Assisting clients in exercises to minimize injury and promote fitness. Helping clients sculpt body composition through physical fitness regiments. Teaching clients a permanent heathy holistic lifestyle through dedication to fitness and healthy eating. Monitoring client progress and modifying exercises according to clients’ fitness levels. Providing information and/or resources on general fitness and health issues as well as first aid if needed. I want my clients to understand it’s more than a 6 or 8 week challenge but an overall lifestyle.
Boot Camp
If you are new to exercise or just getting back into it, that’s ok. You can go at your own pace and work your way up. Anyone can be a part of the program and we have people of all levels. People tell us that they feel very comfortable on their first day. The boot camp workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning (running or walking, plyometrics), strength training (weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, Glides, kettle bells) and stretching. The coaches vary the exercises and format for every workout so no two boot camp sessions are the same. My boot camp is highly effective in burning calories, shredding that stubborn body fat, & body overall body sculpting. I run a 6 week transformation course 4 days out of the week I guarantee you will have a tremendous difference in your body composition. I specialize in fat lost & muscle gains. My program is intense however it’s designed to deliver life changing results. Once you fully compete my program you will be hooked to my boot camp.
