Private Restorative Yoga Session with Reiki
How Private Yoga sessions work: We do an initial phone call that can last about 15 minutes. This is a pre-session interview in which we will discuss: 1. Past and present experiences and attitudes about exercise 2. Reasons for requesting a private yoga session 3. Any past or present injuries, ailments, health concerns and or any limitations The call will allow us to identify whether or not I am a good fit for your particular needs. -------- Restorative yoga is a body-mind connection with breathing that can help and maintain a good nervous system. This practice can reduce stress, anxiety, stimulate the body's healing response as well as correct sleeping patterns. Your body will rest easy with the use of props as we transition between poses releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. This private session will be infused with hands-on Reiki
Private Restorative Yoga and Nidra infused with Reiki
How Private Yoga sessions work: We do an initial phone call that can last about 15 minutes. This is a pre-session interview in which we will discuss: 1. Past and present experiences and attitudes about exercise 2. Reasons for requesting a private yoga session 3. Any past or present injuries, ailments, health concerns and or any limitations The call will allow us to identify whether or not I am a good fit for your particular needs. --------- During the first 30 minutes of this session we will enter in a restorative yoga practice infused with Reiki. During the restorative yoga portion your body will rest easy with the use of props as we transition between poses. After the restorative yoga practice we will enter into a Yoga Nidra experience that can range between 30-35 minutes. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that involves breath awareness, body sensing along with intention setting. The goal of Yoga Nidra is to unearth the blockages that exists as matter, energy and thought that may prevent the flow of prana (life force) throughout the body.
Private Reiki Session with Crystals (Chakra Healing)
60 minute Private Reiki Session/ laying crystals to align, balance and activate the 7 energetic center points of the body (also known as chakras). Crystals are used for their powerful energetic vibrational properties. Clearing the chakra system benefits your mind, spirit and emotions. It also allows energy to flow freely throughout the body.
Private Reiki Session with Body Gridding Protection
60 minute Private Reiki Session with Crystals laid out in a specific grid formation around the body to receive energy that optimizes the physical and mental well-being. Crystals are energy amplifiers, the body will absorb the vibrations of the stones finding areas that need protecting. Even if you aren't working on healing any particular issue, this session can help your general wellbeing as it is also used for it's restorative and revitalizing properties.
Reiki Session with Aura Cleansing
Reiki with Aura cleansing it is used for clearing/ releasing limiting beliefs, old programming, suppressed emotions that block the flow of life energy within the body. An Aura clearing paves the path for prana (energy) to flow again creating vitality and eliminating blockages in the chakras or the auric field (byoki= negative ki).
