Sports Massage 60 minutes
This 1 hour service is tailored to the active client or athlete pre- or post- training and events to optimize performance and recovery. The focus of the session is to reduce muscle fatigue and tension, to promote pliability and flexibility of joints, to reduce injury and strain, to increase blood flow to muscles and fascia and to reduce inflammation. A multi-modality approach through massage, massage tools, stretching, hot/cold therapy and essential oils are used to achieve the goals of the session.
