This 1 hour stretch with one of our incredibly talented therapists is a great way to introduce your body to a Fascial Stretch Therapy session. Get a feel for what being stretched is like. But trust us, you'll be coming back for more and BEGGING for the 90 minutes!

From patient to fitness trainer to therapist, Devon has always been intrigued with how we can keep the body functioning at its most optimal level. She sees the body as a map! Our clients love her strong but gentle touch. Working with athletes, regular exercisers, and clients in Injury prevention, recovery & rehabilitation, Devon is adept at using a meld of Fascial Stretch Therapy, Thai Yoga Massage and Reflexology to get to the root of the problem and produce the results her clients require.
Kayla transitioned from being a competitive athlete to a Personal Trainer and Holistic Sports Nutritionist in 2012. Working her way into fascial stretch therapy in 2016, she has worked with athletes, the elderly, office workers, and those having suffered serious injuries, helping to rehabilitate them to return to their everyday lives. Kayla continues to empower and educate individuals to take care of their bodies through exercise and stretch therapy. She is on a unique journey to discover different ways to rehabilitate through movement and nutrition.
