Patch Test

Patch Test: This is an option for clients who are prone to sensitivity. 3-5 extensions(very short not noticeable) are applied on both outer corner of your eyes. We wait 2-3 days to see if you feel any inflammation or itching. If yes, then an allergy/sensitivity is present and you are not eligible for lash extensions. A patch test does not guarantee you will not have a reaction to the extensions once a full set is applied. More product is used, which can increase the chance. It is also possible to develop an allergy to the lash adhesive over time. If a reaction does occur(depending on the severity), you may want to ask your lash artist to remove the extensions. Another option is to ask your lash artist to try a sensitive glue, however, there is no guarantee you will not have another reaction and sensitive glues are known to create a less strong bond causing quicker fallout. If the reaction is extreme, please seek medical attention, as your lash artist is not licensed to give medical advice.
