Your appointment is very important and reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. When booking online, your card will be held to secure your appointment and will NOT be charged unless you are a no-show or last minute cancellation (less than 24 hours), then a $20 cancellation fee will be charged to your card. Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in the $20 cancellation fee. Please note that your card information is private and secure through Square, Inc. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule your appointment. This allows the time to inform clients of any availability, as well as keeping schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
