Reiki Session

Reiki is performed by placing the hands in specific positions, either with slight, gentle touch or hovering close over the body. By activating your body's relaxation response and promoting self-balance, Reiki can help to heal your body on a very deep level. Reiki sessions are performed fully clothed with the client lying down or sitting up, whichever is most comfortable for you.

Birth Story Medicine Session

This covers a Birth Story Medicine session with trained Birth Story Mentor, Allison Morgan. Each session is about an hour. When you feel you are open to inviting a shift in perspective or self-growth from a difficult birth, you may be ready for a Birth Story Medicine® session. Trained and approved by Pam England, I offer private one-on-one sessions with anyone who has witnessed birth, whether you are a parent or birth professional. ​Using my background as a birth and postpartum doula, I work with you to help bring you new insights and perspectives by using a guided, natural flow of solution-focused dialogue. ​​​As this is a different setting than ever before for sharing your birth story, the safe space you will be in is full of new discoveries, insights, and answers. Our sessions may be held in-person, or via phone or video chat. In our time together you can hope to come away with a shift in how you feel about your birth or the birth in which you witnessed.

Breastfeeding Essentials Class

This one-on-one class is great for expanding your understanding of the basics of lactation. Whether you prefer in-person or over Zoom, this class is your time to become familiar or reacquainted with breastfeeding. Partners are encouraged to attend and always welcomed. Additional resources and support follows the class.

Postpartum Planning Visit

Hi there! As per our signed postpartum doula agreement, this prenatal visit is all about planning for your postpartum chapter. We will discuss the "fourth trimester" and create a postpartum plan together. I am looking forward to it!

A postpartum follow-up visit after your birth. As your birth doula, we can review the birth, newborn care or anything else that's on your mind.

This is a positioning consultation, which includes demonstrations, assistance and handouts regarding techniques, stretches and activities that encourage "optimal fetal positioning."
