Our Services

General Notary Work
The notary will drive and meet you at an agreed-upon location in the service area. Please do not sign the form(s) until you are in front of the notary. Photo ID is required.
Alabama Marriage Certificate
The Notary will notarize your Alabama Marriage Certificate and administer the required Affirmation (oath). Please complete the online form (www.AlabamaPublicHealth.gov), print it and bring it with you to meet the Notary.
Hospital/Nursing Home Notary Service
Includes notary's travel fee; parking and wait-time. Hospital-based appointments tend to require additional time on the part of the signer and the notary. There are usually frequent interruptions by medical personnel. These documents are usually sensitive in nature: Will, Power of Attorney, Quit Claim Deed, Healthcare Directive, etc. These documents usually require witnesses to be present. The signer or the Signer's family is responsible for providing witnesses. If you would like to the notary to provide witnesses, there will be an additional fee.
Living Trust Package
I recommend that you consult with an attorney when drawing up Trust documents. Once completed, call me to schedule an appointment to have your signatures notarized. If your document requires two (2) additional witnesses. You can provide witnesses, or we can for additional cost.
