I am Johanna! I am a CAPPA Certified Labour and Postpartum Doula and a trained Childbirth Educator. My passion is supporting families through pregnancy, labour, birth, and the postpartum period. I believe in providing non-judgemental support to families and I work hard to help each family I work with finding the style of parenting that works best for them. I strongly believe in providing practical unbiased support to families so that they can feel confident in their ability to care for their growing families.
As a mother of two living in Saskatchewan, I have always appreciated the sense of community we build here. That is something I try to bring to the families I work with. Bringing support and education to rural families is the cornerstone of my work. As a small town girl, I know how challenging it can be to have to travel great distances for services. I really believe in “going the extra mile” so that you don’t have to!
