Shannon started teaching yoga in 2015, became a Reiki I and II practitioner in 2017, and gained experience treating clinical mental health conditions as a Masters level Clinician in 2020. She earned her Bachelor's in Kinesiology with a Psychology minor in 2016. She is a psychotherapist in-training who focuses on self-care, self-love, and holistic well-being. Her coaching technique is integrative: cognitive, behavioral, and humanistic (existential, mindfulness-based, person-centered, gestalt) with instruction on self-care activities. She has been working in the mental health field since 2017 and studies Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Shannon helps clients with mental health concerns achieve their wellness and life goals with integrative, mindfulness-based coaching.
