Nutrition Counseling - New
This appointment is all about getting to know each other so that we can build a plan on how to best move forward together and reach your health and nutrition goals.
Nutrition Counseling - Return
This is an "as needed" appointment. Depending on how things are going and how much support you would like from me, this appointment is there for any time it is needed.
Meal Planning
This appointment is for new or existing customers. During this appointment, we will sit and make a meal plan together and a plan on how it can be prepped. It is important to build a meal plan together to best determine what kinds of meal will fit into your schedule.

I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CHN) with my Master of Science degree in Nutrition (MScN). My area of focus is preventative health strategies via nutrition and lifestyle changes. I am open and entirely non-judgmental. I am here to help find what works for you and supports your health goals.
