First 15-20 minutes will be a discussion about present mind/body state of client, using the human energy Chakra System as a guide for developing an approach to sound healing for the client. Following discussion, sound and frequency session is commenced with tuning forks and crystal bowl sound and frequency. Guided meditation and mantra, used with sound and frequency for healing and growth is designed from discussion with the client and the principals of the Chakra System.

Two Person Private Sound Healing Session
Bring a friend or loved one to work on a deep level to move through blockages, or facilitate connection with your higher self/universe/loved ones. Two person private sound healing sessions are facilitated with guided meditation and sound healing thought the experience. Before starting the sound session we discuss goals, intentions and aspirations for the session. Tuning forks, Tibetan and crystal bowls are used throughout the session along with guided meditation and chanting.

Deep Heal - Bundle A: One 1.5 Hr Session + Two 1 Hr sessions
This is a bundled service of three Private Sound Healing Sessions offered at a 25% discount of original pricing. One 1.5 Hr Session and two 1 Hr sessions for a combined three sessions allows for a profound healing experience. Multiple sessions allow for consistency in reaching the resting healing state for multiple avenues of healing (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual). The first session includes a more detailed discussion on life history and goals for healing. 1 Hr sessions following the initial session will have shorter check-ins on goals. Discussion is followed by the sound healing session, which includes calling in positive energies, clearing old energy for release, and a full chakra energy healing and revitalization. All sessions include an integration period where discussion on the experience and goals resumes and closes out the appointment. NOTE: If booking online, please pick your first session and I'll contact you and manually book you in for the following two sessions. Refresh Heal - Bundle B: Three 1 Hr Sessions
This is a bundled service of three Private Sound Healing Sessions offered at a 25% discount of original pricing. Ideally you as the client will have had at least one 1.5 hour session to talk in depth about life history and goals. A bundle of three 1 Hr session allows for you to work on a certain aspect of life path healing in depth, building on other sound healing session or energy healing session you may have had. THis is an opportunity to take the healing you've started and continue the work in the environment of therapeutic sound. Multiple sessions allow for consistency in reaching the resting healing state for multiple avenues of healing (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual), giving you access to the levels of healing you are seeking. 1 Hr sessions have a short check-in on goals and wellness intentions. Discussion is followed by the sound healing session, which includes calling in positive energies, clearing old energy for release, and a time for full chakra energy healing and revitalization. Laura Kellogg
Laura Kellogg is a certified Sound Healing practitioner and yoga teacher, with the objective to facilitate wellbeing in the body and mind of the individual. She is also certified in Journey Dance, a contemplative dance process that utilizes music, dance and the chakra system. Prior to her sound healing path Laura completed an Undergraduate and Master’s degree in Geology; thereby fortifying Laura’s scientific understanding of Sound Healing. Laura’s interests in sound healing include chanting, meditation, achieving healthy states of consciousness, and understanding the effect of sound on the human energy system and body. Laura facilitates Sound Baths and individual work for achieving life balance and healing through the use of the frequencies of the Crystal Bowls, tuning forks, the use of chant, meditation and intention. Her music and sound healing take the listener to a deep meditative state where moments of inspiration and healing can be accessed.
