In-home postpartum and newborn care package

Receive 2 visits during pregnancy at 32 and 37 weeks to discuss a birth plan and create a postpartum plan. Each of these visits are in-home, and about 1 hour long each. Care continues at 72 hours post-birth, 1 week, 2 week, and 4-6 weeks. In-home postpartum and newborn care includes physical assessments of mom and baby, education, answering questions, and direct access to Heather for 6 weeks.

Full medical and pregnancy history, head to toe physical exam including breast and pelvic exam, listen to baby's heartbeat :), and bloodwork.
