3D Gait Analysis

Whether your goal is injury prevention, maximizing performance, or recovery, our state-of-the-art 3D Aait Analysis will help you get the most out of your running. The 3D Gait Analysis is a powerful tool on its own, but if you're interested in a gait analysis, we encourage you to consider adding the Running Readiness Assessment! This is doubly true if you've struggled with injuries or lingering aches in the past, as it allows us to identify the root cause of your issues, which can often be hidden behind several layers. Please wear tights or tight-fitting shorts if you have any available; this will ensure proper marker placement during your analysis. If you do not have any tight-fitting apparel on hand, we will have a pair of half tights you can borrow for your visit!

Running Readiness Assessment

A thorough movement screen to help evaluate your body's ability to absorb and react to the impacts of running. We'll break down motions involved in running into their fundamental patterns, as well as check for any deficiencies or instability in these motions. When completed in conjunction with a 3D gait analysis, we can pinpoint issues and find areas that can be improved to minimize injury risk and maximize your running efficiency.

Running Readiness Assessment + 3D Gait Analysis

By combining the Running Readiness Assessment in conjunction with a 3D Gait Analysis, we can paint a complete picture of your biomechanics. Whether you're struggling through a nagging injury, you're concerned about stepping up your training, or you want to maximize your efficiency before your next big race, we'll be able to assess your running from the ground up to identify your strengths and eliminate weaknesses. Following a consultation session, we’ll write up a personalized overview of your daily nutrition needs, including macronutrient breakdowns and caloric goals for training and non-training days.
