ARTIST DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE CONSULTATION
As an artist, it's so important to be developed in every aspect and have a well-rounded sense of what it is to be in the music industry. Our Artist Development Package offers you a lesson plan uniquely catered to what you have questions on. Some subjects we specialize in include: developmental lessons to help design and organize your brand and image, determining your target audience, how to develop your sound, breaking down social media algorithms and more. You'll receive 4 weekly 1 hour meetings where you'll be taught according to the lesson plan we develop according to what you need help in, as well as homework. By the end, you'll be better prepared to take on your music career! Your consultation is free of charge so you can meet the team and we can get an idea of what you're looking for in terms of your lesson plan. PLEASE NOTE: You are required to attend every class and complete all homework assignments, as well as any outside research you'll need to better learn. If you choose not to do the work, we are not responsible for your lack of knowledge by the end of the program.

STYLING PACKAGE CONSULTATION
Need help styling yourself for an event? We offer styling services for occasions like performances, photo shoots, music videos, interviews and more! This package includes a full fit styling: hair, top, bottom, shoes, accessories and makeup. You will also be given 2 weekly 1 hour meetings so you can stay in the loop and make adjustments towards the styling suggestions in real time. Your consultation is free of charge so you can meet the team and we can get to know you and your vision. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: We do not shop for you (online or in-person), nor do we offer contacts for hair or makeup. Rush orders are not accepted, especially if you need to order things. We highly recommend you book this package at least 2 months in advance of your event so you have time to order and either adjust or return for sizing or styling issues. The purchase of your clothes and/or hair and makeup is no included within the price of this package.

WEBSITE PACKAGE CONSULTATION
Having a polished and professional website gives you a custom space to show off you and your work. Whether you're starting fresh or you just need a revamp, we're here to take your online appearance to the next level. Within this package, you'll receive 4 weekly 1 hour meetings so you can remain in the loop and give edits in real time. Ad-ons include logo design and assistance in content creation. Your first consultation is free and gives you the chance to meet the team and us the time to hear your vision. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: We only work within the WIX website design platform. The purchase of your WIX plan and custom domain is not included within the price of the website design. We do not set this up for you - this is something only you can do on your end. Take advantage of your weekly meetings. Your 4th meeting concludes your package - any edits asked after that will be subject to additional charges.

MARKETING PACKAGE CONSULTATION
Marketing can be confusing, but don’t worry – we got you! Our marketing package includes designing you a full marketing plan, graphic designs and photo edits, as well as 4 weekly 1 hour meetings to keep you in the loop and able to make edits in real time. Add-ons to this package include help in creating content and logo design. Your first consultation is free of charge so you can meet the team and we can get an idea of what you're looking for. PLEASE NOTE: The full development of a marketing plan (also taking into account the time to capture and edit content) can take as long as 2 months. We do not accept rush orders, so we highly recommend booking at least 3 months before the release of your song or project to ensure ample time.

Alma - Founder of NSR
A New York City based entrepreneur and innovator, Alma grew up in Queens where she was surrounded by Puerto Rican, Brazilian and Russian cultural influences. As a Latina, she has always been surrounded by strong and powerful women, which has helped her become the strong business woman she is today. While attending the incredibly prestigious Berklee College of Music, she majored in Music Business and Songwriting while also focusing her attention towards building Natural Soul Rhythm from the ground up. Her drive and hunger for the music industry has led her to opportunities like blogging for Sony Music U and interviewing artists like Flo Milli, Kenny Mason and Tyla Yaweh, producing different shows for artists, working in marketing and digital design, styling and photography. Since graduating in 2020, Alma has continued to build NSR, recently designing NSR's Artist Development Packages. She is also heavily involved in A&R, representing Brooklyn Soca and R&B artist, Mia Taylor.
