I'm a new patient and need an Aesthetic Consultation

Not sure what you need and would like a consult to learn about what your skin needs?

Botox

We use Botox and Xeomin as anti-wrinkle injections. They both have the same active ingredient, just different manufacturers. The first product to the market and thus the most well known is Botox. Xeomin is a good alternative which we offer a bit less expensive. I also have found that when the pharmaceutical companies did their research to get the products FDA approved in the US, there were standardized doses that were approved for use. The FDA recommends starting with 20 units in the forehead, 20 units between the eyebrows and 24 units for the crow’s feet. I have found this is a good, safe place to start for the vast majority of patients. Some will come in and request less, and we say that’s okay, but just be aware that the duration and effect may be less. In consultation with our board certified Aesthetic Physician, our registered nurse injector will evaluate you in our Grace Kelly treatment room to determine how much product would be most appropriate for your needs. We participate in Brilliant Distinctions Program with Botox, which means they give points that can be redeemed for future products like Botox or Juvederm.

As a general guide for product selection: Midface fillers: Voluma, Versa, Restylane Lyft. Lower face fillers: Vollure, Voluma, Juvederm Ultra, Versa, Restylane +Lido/Lyft/Refyne/Defyne. Chemical Peel

The full facials are: Acne Clarifying, Antiaging, and Brightening. Relax in our Audrey Hepburn treatment room for an hour with our licensed medical aesthetician for the ZO Skin Brightening Treatment. Once you are lying comfortably on your back with your hair protected, we will gently massage and cleanse your face before exfoliation. Once all of the crystals from the exfoliator have all been massaged into the skin, they will be removed with a warm, damp towel. Lastly, we will apply our exclusive brightening masque. We will remove the masque with great care before massaging on any other serum or sunscreen. Our ZO Skin Brightening Treatment should improve your skin's tone and texture, give it better color, and diminish some discoloration (dark spots, pigmentation, or sun damage). The ZO 3-step Peel is $249. It is a highly effective treatment for the many signs of skin aging. This peel is ideal for treating Melasma, sun damage, fine lines, uneven texture, large pores, dull skin and even acne! Suitable for any skin type or color. Step 1 of the system is the application of the peel solution to exfoliate the skin. Step 2 is the application of the Stimulating Retinol Creme that works to stimulate cellular function at a deep level for collagen enhancement, firming, and wrinkle reduction. Step 3 is the application of the Calming Creme that works to minimize inflammation and irritation that may result from the first two steps as well as restore the moisture balance of the skin. Skin peels often achieve instant, glowing results and tighter, smoother, brighter-looking skin after just one peel, although a series of treatments can be repeated every 3-4 weeks for deeper repair. You will have one to two days that your skin will be red and feel dry. The third and fourth days following your peel, your dead skin will begin to slough off. Total time for peeling is 5-7 days.

Hydrafacial

The Hydrafacial is one of our most popular treatments! Our licensed medical aesthetician will pamper you in our Audrey Hepburn treatment room. There are three steps to the basic Nourish Me procedure, the first is a cleanse and light peel. A new layer of skin is gently exfoliated and the mixture of glycolic and salicylic acids loosens dead skin cells and is light enough to not cause post-peel scaling. The second step is extracting debris from the pores with painless vortex suction tips. The skin is saturated in this step with exclusive Beta-HD serum and Antiox + serum which protects with antioxidants, peptides and hyaluronic acid. The final step is nourishing the skin with targeted, proprietary skin solutions delivered to address specific skin concerns. The Hydrafacial can be upgraded to a Deluxe which can be customized for patients experiencing pigment issues, rosacea, wrinkles and aging. There are different tips which can provide up to 4 different strengths of exfoliation. Also, prescription strength peel solutions can be substituted for a more robust effect. A Perk Eye or Lip treatment can be added to focus on those delicate areas with a special tip and a take-home kit for continued results.

Microneedling with SkinPen (Face)

For microneedling, we use the only FDA-approved device called the SkinPen. It has been shown to help correct texture issues and minimize the appearance of scars. Microneedling can be performed with or without PRP. PRP stands for Platelet Rich Plasma. It’s what we call our “Vampirella Facial.” Platelets contain 5 different growth factors that are harnessed to tighten and lighten the skin. For instance, when you cut your arm, not only do the platelets stop the bleeding, but they release these growth factors to cause new skin to grow. In the process, we draw your blood and spin it down, then your platelet-rich plasma is microneedled into the skin causing the creation of new collagen and elastin. For patients who want to add Firming Serum or Rozatrol (for redness) to their treatment, it can be added for $35 (total of $360). The process without PRP is $325 and with PRP is $450. This price includes a ZO Recovery Kit for at-home use and speedy recovery.

Plasma Pen Cosmetic Eyelid Noninvasive Surgery (Both Upper and Lower Eyelids)

A plasma pen treatment aims to tighten mildly sagging skin, lessen fine lines, and improve acne scars. Like laser resurfacing and microneedling, it triggers a healing response that stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, for skin rejuvenation from the inside out. The plasma pen works by converting electrical energy into an oxygen-and-nitrogen plasma stream. When that gas hits the skin’s surface, it creates microtrauma and causes collagen fibers within the dermis to contract. This creates some immediate firming and a more long-term tightening effect as collagen production ramps up. This treatment is also called fibroblast therapy, or “fibroblasting,” because of the way it revs up the fibroblast cells responsible for producing collagen.

Hair Restoration

The total hair restoration package includes 1) three treatments of PRP injections, 2) three treatments of PRP microneedled into the scalp 6-8 weeks apart, and 3) one treatment of PDO mono threads are placed into the scalp in the areas requiring regeneration. The entire process takes about 6 months. This is because hair follicles don’t all grow at once. There are different growth cycles for each ‘crop’ of follicles. The program is designed to stimulate the follicles at each of their growth cycles. A compounded prescription medication is applied twice daily for four months, then daily thereafter. The package includes the first 100mL bottle. To maintain results, the topical medication is used indefinitely.
