Arm Speed and Velocity Training

The program consists of plyo-care work, weighted balls, long toss, JBand work and light weight work designed to increase arm speed and improve velocity. Last year we averaged a 3-4mph bump in velocity from start to finish. Sunday's- 12/4, 12/11, 12/18, 1/8, 1/15, 1/22, 1/29 from 1pm-2pm Thursday's-12/8, 12/15, 12/22, 12/29, 1/5, 1/12, 1/19, 1/26 from 8pm-9pm

Small groups must include 5 participants at $25 for each participant or a total of $125.00 per hour.
