Discovery Session

This FREE 20-minute phone call is a chance for you to speak with a specialist, tell us everything that’s been going on with you, and determine if Fit for Life is right for you. This session also helps determine whether physical therapy is appropriate for you and if an initial evaluation is warranted.

Dry Needling

For patients who have already received an initial evaluation to ensure that they are safe for physical therapy and do not have any contraindications. If additional time is needed, the price will be adjusted to reflect the added time.
