Group Healing Circles

Family/Friends meet in a safe sacred space to bring forward healing in the energy of a collective group setting. The group will be lead through a breath work exercise, to prepare them for a heart opening meditation followed by a Reiki energy healing. Some sound healing and inspirational cards may be used as well. The group will then have the opportunity to journal and then share their experience to bring forward healing for themselves and the entire group. (90 min session for 2-3 people; 120 min session for 4-6 people)

Distant Energy Healing Sessions

These Energy healing sessions are conducted via Zoom just as they would if they were held in person as energy has not limitations. This is an option for those who prefer to receive a session in the comfort of their own home. The client will receive instructions emailed to them prior to the scheduled sessions detailing any preparation along with the Zoom log-in link.

Reiki I, II, Master Practitioner, Master Teacher Certifications

I offer in-person Usui Reiki I, II, & III certification classes. I will post the schedule of classes on my website under the events tab and on my Facebook/Instagram pages. I also offer individual certification classes for those students who prefer a Zoom class. Please feel free to contact me for information regarding the Usui Reiki certifications.

Reiki Mentorship Program

I developed this mentorship program with the hope I could offer some direction and support to those souls who have chosen to develop their God given gift with the intentions of spreading love, light, and healing. I look forward to sharing my 13+ years of experience and knowledge with you. I will meet with you on 6 separate occasions either in person or virtually. Together we will discuss how to develop a deeper relationship with the Universal Life Force energy, what it means to be a vessel of light, the importance of grounding, setting up a Reiki healing space, performing a Reiki healing session, and more.

The Heaven and Earth healing session combines the spiritual guidance from above and the grounding earth energy using crystals, heated Himalayan salt rocks, sounds of the Tingsha bell, Tibetan bowl, Native Drum, Rain stick, and/or seed rattle. All meant to assist in moving any energetic blocks and balancing the energy centers in the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual bodies.
