Postpartum Assessment

Are you newly postpartum and want to get back to your exercise routine? But you aren't sure where to start? This appointment is for you! We will provide a holistic approach to resuming strength, flexibility, balance and posture in the postpartum client with a focus on healing diastasis recti (if present) and return to prior level of exercise in a pelvic floor safe manner to return to running, cross-fit, HIIT training, etc. Beginning as early as 3 weeks postpartum. This appointment may take up to 90 minutes in length.

Birth Prep

Education and training for the pregnant client to help prepare for a positive birth experience. Includes strategies to make room in the pelvis to improve the second stage of labor and decrease perineal tearing, and prepare the body for postpartum recovery. You will receive a booklet with all the information you will learn. This appointment may take up to 90 minutes in length, depending on any physical issues we find in the assessment.

Birth Bundle

This bundle includes 3 60-90 minute sessions. These PT sessions are fully customizable and screen, treat, and provide risk management strategies prenatally and postnatally as needed to support your optimal health. Postpartum visits will assess tissue healing for vaginal and cesarean births, and provide recommendations on body mechanics for infant care, pelvic floor strength and abdominal control. *Note: you will book your first session online, then your therapist will book the remaining two sessions for you.
