Treatment Reservation Deposit

This non-refundable* deposit will reserve your appointment dates with me! The full amount will go toward the balance for your fee for treatment. (This reservation is a 48-hour block of time, from Monday afternoon through Wednesday afternoon or Wednesday afternoon through Friday afternoon, during which time all of your treatment will be completed.) *If cancellation is requested more than 30 days before the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be refunded minus a $500 cancellation fee.
