In-person service visits are getting more costly and can take weeks to get scheduled; our Virtual Diagnostic Call service will get your elevator inspected faster and cost less, all while having a 90% success rate in getting your elevator functioning properly again. Notes: • This service is conducted remotely via Zoom. You must have access to a smart phone or tablet with video conference capability. (***Zoom requirements) • While this service call can be completed by one person, we recommend having two people available, so one can hold the video device while the other performs the troubleshooting tasks as directed by our technician. • If you are not comfortable performing any elevator troubleshooting yourself with our technician, but still want to book a Virtual Diagnostic Call, we can work with your electrician or handyman on-site instead. • Maximum time of this call is 60min. Additional time will incur additional fees.

Installation: Virtual Readiness Inspection

Virtual Readiness Inspection (VRI) - $0 on the first attempt, 2nd virtual is a charge of $259.00 Pre-Installation Inspection – A certified home elevator technician will video conference with you remotely (via Zoom) to confirm your hoistway and machine room are ready for the installation of your new home elevator. If all items are ready for installation, you will receive a Pass Report. If any items require additional work before installation, you will receive a Fail Report with instructions for the outstanding items. Notes: •   Your first Virtual Readiness Inspection is free of charge. You will be required to pay $259 per each additional VRI until your Jobsite passes. •   This service is conducted remotely via Zoom. •   We recommend having two people available if possible, so one can hold the video device while the other performs the troubleshooting tasks. •   If you are not comfortable taking measurements please have your contractor on-site instead. •   Maximum time of this call is 30min. Please add in the notes, if you are a builder, the job site address, and the Elevator company you are dealing with.

2nd Attempt @ Virtual Readiness Inspection

Our Installation Technician will do a virtual walkthrough of your elevator shaft and machine room to ensure your job site is ready for installation. If the inspection is not ready on the second booking there will be a charge for that inspection.
