This 1 hour experience invites you to select your very own set of handmade runes and together we will explore the meanings behind each rune. To conclude you will receive a Reiki healing, where I will energetically attach you with your chosen set of runes making them a very individual & personal divination tool.

A session to connect with your breath. Join me as I guide you through a mediation to connect with you and your breath. This is a journey using the breath to explore, feel and release energy that no longer serves. Using gentle and nurturing breathwork techniques, you will be held, supported and guided.

Reiki energy healing for children (0-13 years)

This is an opportunity for me to work with your child accompanied by you using Reiki energy to heal. This session can be done with your child laying or seated. Eyes closed OR eyes open whilst exploring my crystals, books in my room or talking with you. These sessions are about fun & relaxation for your child.
