AHA Heartsaver CPR/AED & First Aid Combo Class

This is a combined First Aid/CPR/AED course which covers adult, children and infant care in the event of and life threatening emergency or need for first aid care. This combined class is 7.5-8 hours and can be split in 2 halves. The course provides a 2 year certification from the American Heart Association. The AHA requires that students purchase a Heartsaver CPR/AED student workbook which can be obtained from the following distributers for $2.50 PRIOR to the class. Guarantee: We guarantee our services by allowing any of our students to attend any of our classes (that they've previously taken during the 2 year certification period for that class) at no additional charge. This allows them an unlimited refresher to practice the skills or review the information during that 2 year period.

AHA BLS CPR/AED Healthcare Provider Class

You are purchasing one reserved seat in a BLS Healthcare Provider CPR/AED class. Location and class details are dependent on the date of class. Once you book the class, your information will be used to email the class details to you and your seat will be reserved. The Healthcare Provider class is specific for medical/healthcare providers and offers more skills than the Heartsaver (Lay Rescuer) course. This class also provides instruction on CPR for adults, children and infants and includes instruction on choking and the use of an automatic external defibrillator (AED). A written and skills evaluation are required for certification. Course length is 4-5 hours. ASHI BLS CPR/AED Course

This course is designed for healthcare providers and professional responders to train in the recognition of life-threatening emergencies and how to perform CPR, use an AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) and care for a choking victim. The course covers these topics for care of adults, children and infants. The course lasts between 4-5 hours and provides certification for 2 years upon successful completion of skills competency evaluation. This course is conducted in an in-person classroom format. Materials: a student course manual will be for use during the class will be provided on-site. Requirements: Must wear comfortable clothing that allows movement and must be able to physically kneel on floor to perform skills. Recommendations: It is highly recommended that you bring water to maintain your hydration as this is a physical course. It is also recommended that you eat a healthy meal prior to the course.
