This service is available only MONDAY-THURSDAY. Any new patient exam on Friday is subject to Dr. Tinlin's discretion. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out intake forms or print them off from our website and bring to your appointment. If we will be filing insurance, please contact your carrier to check your eligibility and benefits. We take Anthem, Humana, and Aetna. We DON'T take United, CareSource, Passport, Cigna, or Medicaid.
