Combo Assessment + 60 Minutes Training

Take advantage of this 90 minutes combo which offers you a functional movement screening (approx. 30 min) and your first training session (60 min). A functional movement screening is a great starting point to establish a base line and tailor of program based on those results in order to bring your performance to a peak level. This is recommended only for generally healthy individuals, those with injuries or other medical conditions will need medical clearance before proceeding with training.
