New Patients - First Visit

We do NOT see new patients on Saturday or between the hours of 5pm to 7pm on week days. Exceptions can be made on a per need basis, please call the office directly at 703-879-5144. Please fill out our new Patient Intake Form at https://skylinewellness.com/patientforms. Remember to bring you insurance card and ID to your first appointment. During your first visit, Dr. Jean-Luc will review your condition and test your systems.

New Patients - Second Visit/Report of Findings

After your fist visit, Dr. Jean-Luc will review your case and develop a treatment plan to address your condition. During your second visit, he will review the findings with you and will begin your treatment. We do NOT see New Patients second visit/Report of Findings on Saturday nor from 5pm to 7pm on week days. For exceptions call the office directly at 703-879-5244

Re Examination Patients

Re examination patients are patients that are currently on treatment plan and have to be re-examined at the 12th, 20th and 24th visit. If you do not know if you need to be re examined, please scheduled your appointment. We will make the correction, if needed. We do NOT see re examination patients on Saturday all day or Monday to Friday from 5pm to 7pm.

Returning Patients

If you have not been to our office for more than 2 months, we will need to re-evaluate your condition. We do NOT see returning patients on Saturday all day or from 5pm to 7pm on week days. Please fill out our Patient Intake Form and enter any new information at https://skylinewellness.com/patientforms. Remember to bring you insurance card and ID.
