Private, one on one prenatal class that discusses benefits of breastfeeding, hand expression, breast assessment, how your breasts make milk, baby's hunger cues, how to know your baby is getting enough, latching and positioning, how to avoid the booby traps, milk expression and storage, when to call for help. A link to HIPAA compliant EHR forms will be made available upon appointment acceptance by business, must be completed by 4pm the day prior to scheduled visit or your initial visit will need to be cancelled or rescheduled. There is a $50 cancellation fee which will be charged to the card on file if appointment is cancelled within 12 hours of appointment time. ***in network Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Medical Mutual clients have no upfront cost for service***

Private, in-home initial consultation

Taking a medical history of you and your baby, identifying your breastfeeding goals, assessing your baby including their oral anatomy, assessing your breasts, observing a feeding with a before and after weight, assisting with latching and positioning as needed, working with you to develop a feeding plan with your goals in mind, demonstrating proper use of any feeding devices as needed, providing evidence based information and skilled help, a superbill is provided at the end of your consult for insurance reimbursement, report sent to your healthcare provider/ your baby's healthcare provider, referrals made to additional healthcare providers as needed. Pumping consult/ Return to work/ school consultation

Developing an individualized pumping plan based on your needs and schedule, how to set up and use your pump with flange fit check, how to choose a bottle, when to start pumping and introducing a bottle, how to bottlefeed the breastfed baby with paced bottle-feeding, and breastmilk storage guidelines A link to HIPAA compliant EHR forms will be made available upon appointment acceptance by business, must be completed by 4pm the day prior to scheduled visit or your initial visit will need to be cancelled or rescheduled. Telehealth Virtual Consultation

Virtual Lactation Consult using a HIPAA compliant server includes taking a medical no history, breast assessment, observing a feeding, teaching latching and positioning, providing evidence based information and technique demonstration, instruction on how to use any feeding devices needed, written care plan will be shared with you on HIPAA compliant platform, report sent to your healthcare provider/ baby's healthcare provider, superbill shared with you to submit to insurance for reimbursement. Please note- some consults will necessitate an in person consultation. Bottle feeding/ oral habilitation consult

This home visit is all about baby. This visit is focused on improving bottle feeding skills. This visit also examines babies oral anatomy for anything that may be preventing them from taking a bottle. This visit is also for a baby who needs oral habilitation before tongue tie or lip tie releases (frenectomy), and after frenectomy. For a consult to help with pumping, latching, milk supply, baby weight gain issues, etc. please choose an in home consult or a pumping consult as these will NOT be addressed in this visit.
