Anna Wachler-Harris

As a Craniosacral Therapist with a professional foundation in Occupational Therapy, Anna supports the body’s innate ability to heal, regulate, and restore balance through gentle, light-touch therapy. Her approach blends a deep understanding of the nervous system, movement, and functional wellness with intuitive, hands-on care to help address patterns held within the body. Anna is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients can tune inward, connect with their body’s wisdom, and support healing from within.

Sara

Sara Tavares has been practicing rehabilitative therapy since 2003, with a professional foundation in Physical Therapy. From 2014 to 2024, Sara was an ABPTS-Certified Clinical Specialist in Neurological Physical Therapy, and she has also served as Adjunct Faculty at the Medical University of South Carolina. Since 2010, Sara has focused her study on light touch fascia work and bodymind therapeutic approaches, including the comprehensive methodologies of Craniosacral Therapy and Tensegrity Medicine. These complementary therapies integrate an understanding of the human connective tissue system (fascia), biotensegrity, neurology, and whole-person wellness. Her work reflects an innovative, relational approach to addressing pain and dysfunction, emphasizing the body’s inherent capacity for regulation, resilience, and healing through gentle, precise intervention.
