Skill in Action Coaching Package-Three Sessions

Through Skill in Action, I offer coaching and consulting for yoga practitioners, yoga teachers, studio owners and anyone who would like to learn more about how to create an inclusive and liberatory practice space in their community. I will assist you in setting up goals for your practice and space so you can make yoga and wellness accessible and inclusive of all. If you lead a yoga teacher training, I will assist you in developing curriculum based on Skill in Action and your space and clientele. When you enter into a coaching relationship with me, I ask that you commit to three sessions to begin, after that time, we can reassess your needs. *Square will not allow me to set up a way for you to book all three sessions at one time. Purchase the package. schedule your first session and after that time you will be invited to schedule two additional sessions after our first session. Once you schedule I will send an invoice and a zoom link for the service and we will begin our work.

If you are interested in deepening your intuitive abilities and finding support to guide you as you navigate life transitions, grief/loss or any change that might be moving you off center you've come to the right person and place. I offer intuitive healing sessions for individuals that are client centered using a combination of coaching and metaphysical skills. I start each session with meditation to tune into spirit guides and then make suggestions to clients that might involve connecting with the natural world, crystals, building altars of work with their spirit guides. I have a background in social work and offer coaching to clients as well. Think social worker + witchy intuitive woman. *Note you buy the package and it says it will last for one hour which is untrue. Schedule your first session and after that time you will be invited to schedule two additional sessions after our first session. Once you schedule I will send an invoice and a zoom link for the service and we will begin our work.

Group Ritual Consultation

I am available to lead group rituals focused on various topics including: grief, specific desires of a coven or ceremonial circle, transitions, seasonal changes etc. I offer these rituals for established groups and groups coming together for one meeting. These rituals vary in price based on the length of the ritual and size of the group.
