Monthly evening Boot Camp Membership Rise & Grind at 5:45pm every Monday and Wednesday! Leave the heavy weights & barbells behind and come for a 60-minute training through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. *Classes are 60 minutes long. To allow multiple bookings of people, please select RISE &GRIND CHECK IN after purchase to sign up for class. Select any “30 minute” slot to allow me to view who is attending class* Thank you!

Semi-Private Weightlifting Coaching
Personalized Coaching as a group! Get all the benefits of having a Personal Coach while cutting down on costs and also getting motivated as a group. Each session is An hour and half to 2 hours of barbell technique work for weightlifting, strength training & conditioning as well as mobility and flexibility work. *Spots are limited to 8 per class to ensure each person gets the attention they need* **When booking, select first available time that pops up. Online booking does not allow multiple bookings at the same time slot but class is at 9am Thank you!
