Sofiya will come speak with your students for an entire day! This includes 2 50-minute presentations in the morning and 2 50-minute presentations in the afternoon, with an hour break in between for a lunch break with students! NOTE: Booking this appointment is not a guaranteed visit. This will let Sofiya know you're interested in a visit and she can contact you to finalize details. :)

Sofiya will come speak with your students for half a day! This includes 2 50-minute presentations in the morning OR afternoon, with time for signing books and optional lunch with students included. NOTE: Booking this appointment is not a guaranteed visit. This will let Sofiya know you're interested in a visit and she can contact you to finalize details. :)

Single Presentation (Local Only)

Sofiya will come speak to your students for 50 minutes about how writing fiction can help them write papers for school, and beyond! She will also stay to sign books and take pictures with students for 30 minutes. NOTE: Booking this appointment is not a guaranteed visit. This will let Sofiya know you're interested in a visit and she can contact you to finalize details. :)

Book Club Talk

Are you reading one of Sofiya's books at your book club? If you want her to come chat with you about her books, books in general, writing, and what it's like to be an author, book her for your next group!

Purchase at least 5 of Sofiya's books for the book club, or $150 · 1 hour

Writing Group (Local or In-State Only)

Sofiya will explain to your writing group about how she uses psychiatric therapy techniques to create deep and engaging characters, outline her novels, and get unstuck from writer's block. Includes free access to comprehensive PDF on her Character Therapy series for everyone in attendance.

Sofiya Pasternack

Sofiya is a mental health professional and writer. Her debut novel ANYA AND THE DRAGON is a Sydney Taylor Honor Book for 2019. She loves speaking to groups about writing, mental health, and how the two come together.
