Adult Chair Exercise Class - 60 minutes
This one hour class meets every Mon/Wed/Fri from noon to 1pm at Sampul Dance Studio. 20553 Devonshire Street near Mason Avenue.
This low intensity workout combines cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility, all modified to a seated-optional position using resistance tubing and a non-weighted ball. A perfect class for seniors, those just starting an exercise program, those with balance issues, those recovering from an injury or surgery or anyone who needs a low intensity workout.
