Restorative, Reiki, and Sound Healing Restorative yoga is all about deep relaxation. Perfect for all levels of experience. You’ll find yourself passively stretching your body over bolsters for longer periods of time, inviting you into a meditative state and bringing peace and deeper body awareness. During your yoga practice you will also receive reiki treatment. We will end the class with a crystal singing bowl sound bath savasana.
