You will be guided through easy to perform stretches using a head to toe approach, and learn how to incorporate different types of stretching into your daily routine. Slow Flow Hatha Yoga Wind down after a long day with slow flow hatha yoga. Slower transitions and longer holds to promote relaxation, while connecting the mind and body. Prepare your body for rest by slowing down your movements. Morning Vinyasa Flow Begin your weekend with an energizing vinyasa flow to wake up the body and set the tone for your Saturday. Connect mind and body while moving through poses to promote strength, stability, and balance.

Energetic Vinyasa Flow: This energetic flow practice will begin with breath work to warm up the body and settle the mind. This will be followed by some gentle stretching and an introduction to a flow sequence. We will spend some time linking postures and breath to create seamless movements. Class will end with a calming and restorative Sarvanana and quiet meditation. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike. The variable nature of Vinyasa yoga helps to develop a more balanced body and prevent repetitive motion injury‘s. Vinyasa also promotes strength and flexibility. As a philosophy, Vinyasa recognizes the temporary nature of all things. We enter into a posture, stay for a while and then we move on.

Candlelight Vinyasa This slower flow practice will be held in a dimly lit room to help calm the nervous system. Practice will begin with breath work to ground and settle the mind and body. Then we will spend time flowing through sequential movement, linking postures and breathe, to warm and loosen up the body. Class will end with more restorative and supportive postures. This style of yoga promotes strength, flexibility, body detoxification, and stress relief.

Mat Pilates Pilates is a modern twist to a classic work out. This class will focus on a variation of the Pilates mat workout using various props, light hand weights, and contemporary movements. This class will help develop a strong inner core while sculpting long, lean muscles.
