Candlelight Vinyasa with Kim Delsanto (Monday 6pm)
This slower flow practice will be held in a dimly lit room to help calm the nervous system. Practice will begin with breath work to ground and settle the mind and body. Then we will spend time flowing through sequential movement, linking postures and breathe, to warm and loosen up the body. Class will end with more restorative and supportive postures. This style of yoga promotes strength, flexibility, body detoxification, and stress relief.
