Child Lobe (Consult with the possibility of piercing)

***READ CAREFULLY*** We do not pierce children under the age of 5 years old. Please do not schedule an appointment for children under 5 years old. A CONSULTATION IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO ANY PIERCING SERVICES FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10 YEARS OLD. The $25 retainer is used to reserve your appointment time and will be credited towards piercing services. This appointment is for a CONSULT ONLY with the POSSIBILITY of piercing. This is based on the discretion of the piercer after the consultation has been done. Potential piercing time is built into this appointment. If our staff are comfortable performing the piercing during this visit we certainly will. If for any reason you, your child or our staff decide that this piercing is not going to work, for whatever reason, our staff will assist in making a new piercing appointment for you and your child. The $25 retainer will be transferred to your next appointment and you WILL NOT be required to pay an additional retainer. If we do not perform piercing services during this visit your $25 retainer is valid for 1 year (one year / 365 days) from the original appointment date. If it is decided during the consultation to move forward with the piercing, we will credit the $25 retainer towards the total piercing fee. DO NOT APPLY ANY SORT OF NUMBING SOLUTION ON THE PIERCING SITE prior to any piercing services. If your child shows up to their appointment with numbing solution on the piercing site, WE WILL NOT PERFORM THEIR PIERCINGS AND YOU WILL FORFEIT 100% OF YOUR RETAINER. Piercing Check Up / Downsize / Jewelry Change

This appointment is to check up on healing piercing(s). It is important to ensure safe, healthy healing and our staff is available for a free check up. Downsizing of jewelry may be necessary for optimal healing. Downsizing my incur an additional cost for jewelry. Although this consultation is a free service, if you are unable to make your appointment and you do not cancel, call or make other arrangements PRIOR to your scheduled appointment time, your card on file will be charge a $30 no call / no show cancelation fee.

This appointment is a free consultation to discuss the available options for a piercing(s). You can schedule this alone or schedule in conjunction with a piercing appointment. Depending on what is being requested, there may or may not be enough time to perform piercing(s) during the same visit. The only way we can guarantee this (anatomy dependent) is if you schedule for the piercing in advance. Although this consultation is a free service, if you are unable to make your appointment and you do not cancel, call or make other arrangements PRIOR to your scheduled appointment time, your card on file will be charge a $30 no call / no show cancelation fee.
