Shut off water, remove old faucet, remove waste piping and popup assembly, install new client-supplied faucet and popup. Replace waste piping, turn the water on and test the operation.

Shut off power, remove old bathroom fan, modify opening in ceiling if necessary, re-connect ducting and electrical, securely mount customer-supplied fan in ceiling, attach cover and test for operation. Dywall patching (if required) is an additional charge. Painting and priming not included.

Remove power from circuit breaker. Remove old fan and install new customer supplied fan. Install dimmer switch, or replace customer supplied fan wall switch if requested. Test for operation. Over-the-range Microwave Installation

Remove old microwave if installed. Securely mount new microwave to wall and cabinet above range. Re-attach ductwork only if previously installed. Drill hole in the bottom of the cabinet for the electrical cord and plug into a previously installed outlet. Service does NOT include installation of a new electrical outlet or new ductwork. Additional modifications to the cabinets, backsplash or ductwork could incur additional charges. Disposal of microwave is an additional $50.

Toilet Replace

Turn off water, remove old toilet, scrape old wax ring off floor flange, unpack new customer supplied toilet, install new toilet bolts and wax ring, install new toilet bowl and secure to floor with nuts, install tank to bowl, connect new customer supplied waterline, restore water & adjust water level in tank. Test for proper operation & leaks. Toilet disposal is an extra $50.
