Residential Home Inspection <$100k
A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property, performed for a fee, which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector. The scope of work may be modified by the Client and Inspector prior to the inspection process. The home inspection is based on the observations made on the date of the inspection, and not a prediction of future conditions. The home inspection will not reveal every issue that exists or ever could exist, but only those material defects observed on the date of the inspection.

As a homeowner, you are responsible for maintaining your septic system. Proper septic system inspection and maintenance will help keep your system from failing and will help maintain your investment in your home. Additional charges will be applied if digging is required to access the septic tank lid.

Creekside Home Inspections LLC will schedule the inspection and handle the delivery of the report and invoice to the client.

Radon Inspection w/ Home Inspection
Radon is the leading cause of lung cancer for non-smokers. You cannot see, smell, or taste radon. But it still may be a problem in your home. Testing is the only way to find out your home's radon levels. If you find that you have high radon levels, there are ways to fix a radon problem. Minimum 48 hour test period is required.
