For nipple piercings please choose “Adult Piercing”. No guests will be permitted. For consent you must bring a valid form of government issued photo ID. Please arrive at your appointment time, we will give a courtesy 5 min grace period and any late arrivals past that may be subject to cancellation or reschedule.

For consent, minors must have parent or legal guardian (proof of legal guardianship is required) with photo ID for both parties. Acceptable ID for minors consists of School ID, passport, or birth certificate. If last names differ, birth certificate or guardianship paperwork is required. Please arrive at your appointment time, we will give a courtesy 5 min grace period and any late arrivals past that may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling.
